The University of the Fraser Valley baseball club dodged wet weekend weather to earn three wins in four outings vs. the Calgary Dinos.
With rain in the forecast for Saturday, the Cascades and Dinos adjusted their schedule, moving to the artificial turf at Langley's McLeod Athletic Park for a triple-header of seven-inning games on Friday, followed by the series finale on Sunday morning.
The UFV club won a pair of games Friday, with 7-1 and 9-4 triumphs sandwiching a 4-1 loss. They wrapped up the series with a 4-3 victory on Sunday.
